Diana is a lifelong storyteller, sacred elder, and trailblazer who has spent over four decades creating programs that empower—from abused children to elders with dementia. She launched Buffalo’s first Girls Club, pioneered innovative community services, and helped reinvent dementia care with a home-style model now used nationwide. In her 60s, a rescued horse named Myoho led her to become an EponaQuest Instructor, Reiki Master, and Heart Math Coach—guiding others in healing and authentic leadership. Diana now gathers wise women around the firepit at her Tucson home, reclaiming the courageous feminine and rewriting what it means to age with power and wisdom. She gains strength from her spiritual practice with Nichiren Buddhism, Mother of two, grandmother of five, and ever curious as she gets closer to her 80s, Diana invites others to join her in exploring Grandmother Wisdom as we chart today new worlds.
